Dazza no mate its got the dogs on it mate but theres a twist to your method.

Your is a decent time for the horsepower and i suppose you have everything on yours too except a bigger turbo.

If you run 360 bhp and you had nos then it dont had any more bhp to it

Ahhhh thats a pont...

Erm nope i've set the BHP just with the tuning mods, no turbo changes... also only other changes are medium race tyres and suspension...

I may run more bhp to get used to the speed then back it off to the 360 bhp...
I chose the 360 bhp figure as its realistic level on tune.. as you can get carried away with the POWER and the game ends up being more like a kids driving game and not a simulator...

8.27 in a standerd car in arcade mode

Spec C is a nice car to drive, much easier to control then any of my other type R`s

BMW M5 is a much better car than a scoob

(first lap of the ring ever ever was a 7.56 )

(second lap was 8.45 I think I need about 400 training laps)

Spec C off the shelf in 8.07 including a couple of offs...

I take it that the 360bhp cap is the only restriction and I can mod the rest of it to my hearts content? New suspension, tyres & brakes methinks

I practiced on PGR2 a lot before GT4 arrived.

reckon I can go sub 8 mins without mods - there's a section just before the carousel where I keep backing off when I really should keep the accelerator planted, and I did say I went off a couple of times by overshooting corners.

Whats the bhp as standard on a Spec C anyway? Will have a good tinker with the settings and have another go tonight

There seems to be a bit of contradiction with power outputs - I've been racing with an STI6 tuned to 407bhp, but when the race starts it says 428.

Have done a lap without any mods at all and managed a 7:46.9

With mods I have got the time down to a 7:18.343, but I haven't done the suspension or the brakes yet!!

Standard Spec C with no mods at all (and a lot of laps, i mean "A LOT" of laps ......) and no off's 7:35.

I hit 159 MPH on the fast downhill section !!

I used to have a life as well, now all i have is a stiff neck ! LOL

£30 well spent, but it should have a WARNING on it, Not to drive a car after playing GT4,

Real life has no RESET button !

And there's me thinking my 8:06 was okay in a bone stock Spec C

Right, must practice

Yeah yeah craig!! What ever you say!!

Nah, seriously bring on the competition! That wasn't a perfect lap although I was trying to be as smooth as possible and not push too hard so I made mistakes! I reckon the times could get down to around 7:05 before anyone has to concede defeat on this one!
