that will be why beaties car isnt getting done then

Oops. Experiment hasn't worked! Am expecting my figures on sunday to be poor - and much down on what car is capable of! Both torque and BHP
Storey :- Me, in my infinate wisdom, though might be bit different to change back box to straight through pipe. Sadly my little car has deceided it needs a touch of back pressure to work properly. So now, although it's the loudest vehicle i have ever heard (no-sadly i am indeed telling the truth ) it immidiately spools to stupid boost pressure, but then drops right off and barely holds 1 bar. Part of problem is knackered actuator, but i have also lost good chunk of torque. Previous, could put foot down in any gear at any revs / speed, and whoosh... off we went. Now, cause of "the ear punisher drainpipe" car is laggy in higher gears and doesn't get going til 3000rpm.
Still, at least will get some starting figures to work from on sunday.
Once sorted in next few weeks (old box going back on, and new actuator), might be looking to return to well lane for another run.

P.S. PUBLIC HEALTH WARNING :- Unless registered as hearing impaired, the general public are advised not to stand behind my car on sunday when it's on the rollers. The management accept no responsibility for Dion's stupid, foolish, and genrally moron-like exhaust choice, nor any ear related injuries caused by it!!!!!

Far, far worse. Really can't describe it. Am intrigued as to dB level that will be measured. Know one thing for sure - it ends the ongoing scoobynet debate that keeps creeping up as to which exhaust is loudest!!
