Another scalp claimed here by a diesel. I've sold the scoob, and put a deposit on a 330d. Let the slagging off commence

Well if they do they have no reason to, it's a simple choice of car, you've made yours, enjoy.

The 330d is a nice car

LOL

One thing I am not looking forward to is the morning start up. Our garage is below the house, so the lounge could be quite nicely filled with soot every morning

Please can you all try a bit harder or I will get bored? Clearly my car looks better and if its faster too this would certainly be unnacceptable to me as an ex-Impreza owner.

this can't go on
What this billy bull$hit?

M62 Wakefield to Hull, daily, its silver, try if you can, this commute is thoroughly boring counting the power stations one by one

watching Scooby owners faces getting mullered in a tiresome family car cheers me up
Reading this bollox cheers me up too!

Tavia, your DNS isn't working at the moment... archive.org last crawled on 2003, too, so I can't see the pics on the web.

Wierd - still no DNS lookup. i am at work tho. [perhaps it's blacklisted ]

Just done an online lookup of DNS, used the IP, and it works. An excellent read.

I take it you're on slicks there? Either way, I had a rude awakening the other day with a Fabia vRS

Tractor? That *is* the scoob - after all, it's a farmer's car

The correct perjorative term is "stove" , or anything else that burns oil.

Scoob goes tomorrow.

Think you missed the comment above....

You can't argue with it - sometimes diesels are quicker than scoobs. I know that's nothing actually to brag about though 'cos scoobs aren't very fast.

That's not a fair comparision, them things run on 'RED' Diesel.

Next there will be stories of diesels whooping scoob's asses running if cooking oil.

Craig, you're obviously deluded. Nothing is quicker than a scoob, especially not a diesel. Now, quick, take your medication and let's hear no more of this mad talk.
