Errr, the victim is Jacko?
Let me see:
- track record of befriending boys in their early teens and then ignoring them when they start to hit puberty
- has not befriended any girls (and actively ignores sisters of his little 'friends')
- obsessively pursues his targets (ringing at all hours of day or night, turning up un-invited to stay at their family homes)
- showers the family of the target with expensive gifts just as he starts sleeping with their son
- didn't invite his then 'girlfriend' brook shields to a major awards night but did remember to invite his then little friend (then sat with the little fellow on his knee, ignoring Brook at his side)
- is friends with Uri Geller (how much wronger can you get???)
- children have described in detail the marks on the base of his little chap (although some websites contradict this)
- evidence for the current case includes pictures of naked boys found in his bedroom
Doesn't feel like much of a victim to me - whether he's guilty or not, his behaviour is far from normal and it's good that it will at last be presented for a jury to consider.
I'm looking forward to all the amusingly sad jacko fans wailing outside the court

Whether he is guilty of molestation or not will probably never be known, regardless of the outcome of the trial.
What MJ is guilty of, without a doubt, is allowing himself to be open to such allegation by the manner in which he conducts himself.
He is an individual that appears to be living in denial. Whether that denial is simply in relation to the fact that he has had significant surgical alterations or extends to denial about interfereing with children is anyone's guess.
What is also somewhat strange is that he has never hidden his behaviour. I would have thought that one of his lawyers, aides or indeed even family members would have advised him against it.
If MJ doesn't appreciate why his behaviour (however innocent that may be) is unnacceptable he should, at the very least, be committed for phsychological evaluation.
