Cheers Andy, I may well take you up on the offer. My new headers should be here Tuesday I reckon they were shipped out on the 28th.

Bryan,

Fixed my car fella so i'm running on 4 cylinders again Found the spark plug that was black & traced it back to the wiring from the loom to one of my coils. Re-wired it & it's sorted

Sorry no AVC-R this time mate

That's good news, I got the new headers yesterday so I thought I would start fitting them. What a bitch of a job, finally got the car back together this afternoon, it's not the kind of weather you want to be working on a car and guess what......there coming off as soon as the others are repaired they sound pants. The deep throatie rumble has gone and it souds like my neighbours old banger with knackered tappets it's so quiet. I then took it for a spin and its horrible, 50cc moped reving it's guts out springs to mind
so they will be up for sale shortly........

Rgds, Bryan

LOL I did say it would loose it sound :P

Might be better for performance but I'd rather have the flat 4 burble any day

Gutted for you mate Well I suppose it had to be worth a shot at that price...although after all that hard work it doesn't help much

Are your old ones going to hold okay after being welded?
