Was going across the redheugh bridge this afternoon going in to town, and what was in the road, big ****in brick. Tried and failed to avoid it since i didn't realise what it was until the last minute. My wheel now looks a bit sorry for itself to say the least:

Does anyone know if it's repairable, and if so where to get it done, cos I don't really want to have to fork out for a new wheel on top of the tyre since thats now a bit mangled.

No expert but that looks like a new wheel jobbie to me.
Take it down to Revolution and ask if they can send it to SEM in Sun***land, they deal with alloy refurb but don't have any contact details.

it does not look to bad, i would tape it up, hit it with a hammer to get it back in shape and get it on a wheel balanceing machine to see if its really out of true by a large amount
ive managed it before after hitting a pot hole

mickey, hard to tell by your pic, but i'd be more worried by what looks like sidewall damage to your tyre!!
did you do that after you left our shop?? if you still intend dropping down this afternoon we'll check it out properly for you................

Hi Alyn, it was a couple of hours after my visit yesterday, the side walls a bit messed up so it's gonna need a new tyre. Priced a new wheel, £110
Only paid £500 for the wheels and tyres.

the bikes new clutch arrived yesterday
came into work early to fit it
sumhow managed to drop it down the drains into the carwash
rolled along the floor and down into the water recycle pick up
spent 1 hour 20 mins trying to fish it out with a load of carwash magnets on a pole with sum strimmer wire
had a hold of dans feet as his body from the waist up was down the tanks, with a litter picker trying to grab it, got it once and then dropped it
his arm up to the shoulder was under water
i tried but my shoulders dont fit down the hole pmsl
"money down the drain" for real me thinks LOL

i had orderd a "spare" clutch from sumwhere else, and it arrived today so i fitted it
ball ache
did not want to play properlly, got it all sorted, bike was cutting out on full throttle
traced it back to the carbon fibre reeds i fitted
put the standerd ones in and its back to normal
soooooooo
switched the rear sprocket for a smaller one for more top end
now the clutch is haveing a hard time lugging me about
had the clutch smoking twice now
not convinced the "performance" clutch`s are any better TBH

Went to S.E.M in mackem land to see about getting my wheel fixed. Geezer said it can't be repaired.
So now i've got to fork out £110 for a new wheel and about £100 for a new tyre. Bo11ox! All because some ******* pikey can't be ar$ed to make sure the rubble on the back of their wagon is relatively secure. TW@TS

Also have 6 packets of bacon, 18 sausages, a load of bread buns and 3 litres of milk, breakfast stuff

Just to add the 6 cases of beer are part of the 30+ we've got for my mates wedding, should be a good 'un

And the vodka I've got is Blavod which is actual black vodka, weird stuff but soooo smooth.
Also got some decent cigars as well.
lol @ the cigars
been stuck with a ****ty full valet all day
its been here scince 11.30 and we still have not finished the interior
bloke does not want it back till tuesday so ive packed in for the day with it now, it still needs work inside
outside has not been touched yet
i rekon theres easy another hours worth of stuff on the inside to do, will sort it tomorrow
refitted a new standerd clutch to the bike today, gave it sum "jip" few burnouts and stuff
stripped it down before and theres no wear on the clutch, which is nice for a change
best put the fast rear sprocket back on then
