my mum had got an ear infection and was a bit mutton, this couple knoked on

the door and started...

about an hour later my mum thanked them and of they popped ..

she confessed she couldt hear them properly, so they had a very one sided conversation my mum just smiling nicely , and them convinced they were on to a winner..

they never came back though..... they must have flagged my mum as a bit strange!!

my neighbour had a more direct approach though!!! they were escorted of her premises by her good self, a broken 12 bore over her arm!!! and a few choice words..

A friend of mine invited them in once and gave them some "cakes" he'd just made. They had a nice chat, stayed for about 15 minutes then left.
A bit later he went out and found the two of them in the park, lieing in the grass and staring at the clouds in amazement.

Actually it's a pagan festival hijacked by the Xians who don't know what year christ was bourn never mind the day. Indeed most non-Xians would actually like to see some evidence (outside of the gospels) that he ever existed.

The holy trinity - Father, Son and Holy Ghost are believed to be "one" by most Xians. It gets complicated but the anomolies, inconsistencies and contradictions just get worse and worse if you don't, mind you they are pretty bad to start with.

I think the JW's tend to be a little more literalist than most other Xian based sects TBH. I'll have to have a read up on them some time.

Not sure if aimed at me, but the point i would like to make is that i don't want my game of Need for speed underground 2 spoilt by some god-botherer knocking on my door.
- the annoying suit-wearing, watchtower wielding, couple caused excess damage to my maxxed up focus on my final lap to victory.

suffice to say, i told them i wasn't interested (in less words!!!)
