you eat totally clean 6 days a week?? seriously? whats a typical day for you?

as for a pig-out day - it's ok as long as you're progressing. but there's no strategic reason to include a cheat meal other than psychological. a carb-up, yes, but a cheat meal no.

man i wasnt told clen was dangerous if used same time as ephidrine, i was told to start a cycle along with it


and a website said the same, will give it a miss, so will i quiet ephedrine and start clen instead, will it do it faster and thanks bros, gonna start a better diet, i had a look at your diet with chicken, tuna and oatmeal, i think i will do that too

i dont eat clean i still have alot of junk food thrown in but better than my usual diet , its the cravings that get me and the shaking

what some people do is run clen for 2 weeks and THEN eca for 2 weeks. just dont run them together, and dont run either for more than 2-3 weeks at a time.

Moses, dont forget to do some weights while you are at it, I find thats fairly key to the thing.

Milo said it with the percents thing, eat well and lift weights, your body does the rest, the little bit of extra help comes later, not sooner.

if your diet is good you should be getting great results already. almost none of the legal items on the market work. creatine, a multivitamin and fish oils are about the best you can hope for.

Cytomel is far better than Clen. Both together are awesome.
Cytomel, clen and 3-5 45-60min cardio sessions a week, will see you crazy ripped in no time at all.

hello jacko, nice to see u about mate, not seen u for donks, will do mate , i started once a week with 3 days 15 mins on the cross trainer in the house, believe me i got tired after 15 mins

now im going to the gym twice a week plus 4 days 15 min sessions on the cross trainer

sex life was good but sperm went thin, a few days back, had to slap the ding dong into action, i thought ephedrine was suppose to make u more horny but with me it had an opposite effect

first week i was like a wild animal and then suddenly, the beast left and i had to slap it into action

yes, and dnp is far better than cytomel. but both of those dont discriminate between fat and muscle. take t3 or dnp without anabolics and you can wave goodbye to the fat... AND the muscle.
