Default Clenbuterol any bodybuilders use this

is this as good as ephedrine to loose weight while excercising

anyone know anything about it

Unless I'm mistaken, ephedrine just dehydrates you, whereas Clenbutarol is for muscle building? And I assume you don't take part in any authorised sports here?

Ive used it. Make sure you drink plenty of water. Good luck with the shakes

the eca gave me propa hpyo for a good week, ive never done so much teeth gringing since the last time i took speed ...lol

clen is fantastic if you can put up with it, it makes me rough as **** and I had to stop it after a few days. Some people tolerate it better than others.

clenbuterol works well, so does eca.. WHEN USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH GOOD DIET!

effectively, all you're doing is speeding up your metabolism. you DON'T need clen if you're above 10% bodyfat. clen should be used if you're already lean and just want to get ripped.

clen has side effects - including shaking, muscle cramping, and worst of all heart enlargement. its not something that should be used "cos i cant be bothered to diet properly", or "to lose my gut". it is something used for fine tuning.

if that's still you, you should taper up your dosage. clen usually comes in 20mcg tablets. you dont need more than 120mcg/day, but you want to work UP to this. ideally you want to split it up throughout the day, although not past around 6pm.

you also don't want to be running clen for more than 2 weeks without a break. an ideal protocol for a first timer on clen is this:

day 1 - 20mcg/day
day 2 - 40mcg/day
day 3 - 60mcg/day
day 4-5 - 80mcg/day
day 6-7 - 100mcg/day
day 8-14 - 120mcg/day

you could taper down from day 12-14 if you wanted to instead.

you also want to be taking taurine and potassium to help with cramping and shakes.

no. ephedrine speeds up your metabolism, thus burns fat faster. clen does the same but is also anti-catabolic.

neither should be used while trying to build muscle. they're cutting drugs.

alcohol has side effects including shaking, muscle cramping and worst of all liver failure.

yet i assume you still drink?

at least with clen you get some positive benefits too

it isnt ideal while bulking. some use it pre-workout to increase intensity, but caffeine is a better option, as it has less sides. ephedrine also seems to exibit a rebound effect in that when you come off, your body is prone to storing more fat.. the longer you stay on it, the harder that rebound seems to be. clen exibits the same. which is why most people run 2 weeks clen, 2 weeks eca, then repeat 1-2 times for an 8-12 week cutter.

clenbuterol does NOT cause testicular atrophy, nor does it cause gyno.

I use on and off:

Protein and amino acids tablets (bodybuilding block by Weider)
Pure soya protein isolate mix
Pure Creatine mix

Not all together.

You guys are on about some next level gear.

bob's pure cretaine is not that good you should only go on it for 6-8 weeks then go off it as it only holds water. your better bet is going for pro-gf by dorian yates its got all the cretaine and amino acids that your body needs and helps your body grow you'll defo notice the difference mate
as to epherdrine they are not steroids of such that effect your ********* etc(most steroids dont its just a myth). eph are good and as they do speed up your metabalism and are better than most fat burner thingys as all they do is supress your hunger. but the main and most crucial thing is that you need to get your diet right and watch your carb intake and try to get more protein in to your body and to drink plenty of water to flush your sysytem.

yes eph are not steroids. but steroids causing testicular atrophy isnt a myth. it can happen when your natural test levels are suppressed, which happens very quickly after exogenous test input (i.e. steroids). all steroids do this - some worse than other depending on how much they shut your natural test production down.

it IS of course temporary, and is pretty minor in most people. once your natural test levels return after post-cycle therapy, your testes come back to normal size.

clen and eph are both banned in sport but are NOT steroids!

But why do you want to get to an unnatural size though. Bigger isnt better when it comes to the human body surely.

i already am at a very unnatural size yet i still want to get bigger and stronger still.

why? well, exactly as you say - each to their own.

i personally cant understand why anyone would eat any bad food ever, or drink alcohol, or smoke etc etc, but each to their own... different strokes.

Agree about the bad food etc but what I cat understand is why if your already an unnatural size would you want to get even bigger. Surely it's not doing you any good to do this.
