Clenbuterol any bodybuilders use this
is this as good as ephedrine to loose weight while excercising
anyone know anything about it

clenbuterol works well, so does eca.. WHEN USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH GOOD DIET!
effectively, all you're doing is speeding up your metabolism. you DON'T need clen if you're above 10% bodyfat. clen should be used if you're already lean and just want to get ripped.
clen has side effects - including shaking, muscle cramping, and worst of all heart enlargement. its not something that should be used "cos i cant be bothered to diet properly", or "to lose my gut". it is something used for fine tuning.
if that's still you, you should taper up your dosage. clen usually comes in 20mcg tablets. you dont need more than 120mcg/day, but you want to work UP to this. ideally you want to split it up throughout the day, although not past around 6pm.
you also don't want to be running clen for more than 2 weeks without a break. an ideal protocol for a first timer on clen is this:
day 1 - 20mcg/day
day 2 - 40mcg/day
day 3 - 60mcg/day
day 4-5 - 80mcg/day
day 6-7 - 100mcg/day
day 8-14 - 120mcg/day
you could taper down from day 12-14 if you wanted to instead.
you also want to be taking taurine and potassium to help with cramping and shakes.

neither should be used while trying to build muscle. they're cutting drugs.

bob's pure cretaine is not that good you should only go on it for 6-8 weeks then go off it as it only holds water. your better bet is going for pro-gf by dorian yates its got all the cretaine and amino acids that your body needs and helps your body grow you'll defo notice the difference mate
as to epherdrine they are not steroids of such that effect your ********* etc(most steroids dont its just a myth). eph are good and as they do speed up your metabalism and are better than most fat burner thingys as all they do is supress your hunger. but the main and most crucial thing is that you need to get your diet right and watch your carb intake and try to get more protein in to your body and to drink plenty of water to flush your sysytem.

it IS of course temporary, and is pretty minor in most people. once your natural test levels return after post-cycle therapy, your testes come back to normal size.

i personally cant understand why anyone would eat any bad food ever, or drink alcohol, or smoke etc etc, but each to their own... different strokes.
