Here are pics of the graphs:

Shows the curves but thats about it.
Will try and get them scanned at a later date.

Looking at the Torque graph I was wondering whether the torque is a little on the low side? Ignoring the peak @6000rpm, max torque seems to be around 280.

I would take those RR results with a pinch of salt !! Even although I mapped it and may be shooting myself in the foot by saying the power graph looks wrong
There is no way your cars peak torque is up at 6000rpm, that spike is where the slipping rollers eventually caught up with the cars wheels !!

Cheers Andy. A good reason to put myself down for the next RR.
I did question the operator as to the spike, but he said it looked ok (probably didnt want to run the car again).

Good power/torque and certainly more readable than the last plots
The torque plot suggests it's a little laggy, probably 1 bar after 3500rpm? But when it's there, it does the business
If I change my Subaru centre and BB for a 3" and add headers instead of ported, then I could possibly get 340 from 333? What I wouldn't like though is a possible slower spool trade off especially as I've driven an early spooling 2.5 and I now know what I'm missing

(nice for a stock UK engine). Also I think that on the road the boost probably comes "earlier", but the headers increase the spool time. Don't go crazy with peak boost as it will increase the peak torque and also potentially damage your gearbox. Carlos.

Cheers guys.
From looking at the graph - in 3rd gear it made 1bar @3475rpm. Full boost by 3700RPM, held until 4700RPM. Tails off to 1.2bar @ 5750RPM and 1.05bar@ 6800RPM
4th gear on the road it makes boost a little earlier.
I think the 340lb/ft torque is a little more representative than the run at PTS which indicated only 294 and probably why the box didnt hold out for too long.
It should probably be noted that the 'real' figures are probably lower as I was running 10% methanol (unmapped) which is in there for the weekend drag in an attempt to save a 10th of a second off my time. Previous RR run along with all my drag runs were on my normal fuel.

Will a TD05 20g actually boost 1.7 bar?
Interesting that the 'boost curve' on Bob's engine is similar to mine.
I pre-loaded my waste gate by spacing the actuator back 5 mm, effectivly shortening the rod by same.
Good luck Bob, but I think it may be a wet one

Have pm'd you back. Great thread!
I wonder if I have a leak in the up/pipe and that would allow the boost to fall away?
Last race tomorrow and then stripping down in Nov after some careful thinking...

Does anyone know how much boost/power the 2.5 can take/make within safe limits? Is it worth uprating pistons+rods if the car is going to be 400-450bhp and driven hard? Not wanting to go down the 2.2/2.33 route due to the cost but im aware of people saying that high output 2.5's are prone to failure...

Eh? To not drive it hard??? I mean its not being used as a road car and will only see hills and the odd blast along the back roads.
Type r box to be replaced with s/c but not till next summer due to funds going elsewhere.
Im now confused...

I hope your flexible friend is still your friend
Lol! My flexible friend is being used to fork out my excess for getting the car put straight! Think i'll need a few "friends" for a new box!

onder2:
), my guess is that a TD05 20g "should" be able to hold 1,4 bar at redline.
