My sense of hooommmour mate... I was meaning that your abstract pics only show part of the car. You're not buying it in instalments are ya?

Just thought id let you know how im getting on.

The PFF7's are mine and will be delivered within the week.

As for the car definetly needs a new rear anti-roll bar(as bent as some of the people/comments on this thread (mentioning no names)) and possibly a new bottom casting.

Cant believe theres no damage to the front, just the tracking/geometry needs re-setting.

Turned out to be a good excuse for getting a new set of PFF7's, not that i'll be attempting a similar trick next time i want some new wheels.

Mick

Ps, Hawk - Car looks fantastic (always been a porche fan)

Paul. How's my place holding in the queue at No:74?

That's down in my calendar as the meeting in June 2008.

Never been in a Porsche me. Never. Not once. Always wanted too as well. Ever since my brother got a bad rare life threatening disease (OK. Baldness). I've looked after him all his life and I've never had anything decent as I've spent all my savings on him.. (well apart from my house, Sugden Hi Fi, several cars, rowing machine, nice laptop & PC, top of the range Scanner, big TV etc..).. and when my young Daughter looks at me with those big brown eyes and says 'Daddy? Have you ever been in a Porsche?'... all I can do is hold back the tears and say.. 'No darling. I haven't. But one day... one day'... and she smiles.

Don't you worry though. 74 is just fine.. I'm sure the guys in front of me will only ask for a little go.... they're a great bunch. They really are.. kind & considerate, always willing to help someone less fortunate out..

Just like I said to Ianwhen I was first in the F355.. No mate.. just take me 25 yards.. there are some deserving guys back there in the car park..

They're on blue watch at the scheduled time. (And Dazza couldn't find a fancy dress shop for the costumes.) He did find Tinkywinky, Dipsy and La-La, but drew the line at getting into Po!

Important announcement

after Al's post it got me thinking and as a result...

Alan is officially now NUMBER 1 on my list to everyone else I can't believe that people would not let him have their place (especially having a severely dis-abled brother)

"and when my young Daughter looks at me with those big brown eyes and says 'Daddy? Have you ever been in a Porsche?'... all I can do is hold back the tears and say.. 'No darling. I haven't. But one day... one day'... and she smiles."

come on people this reduced me to tears

Paul. You are a gent mate. My daughter will be so pleased. I'll tell her tonight.

Don't worry guys. Paul's trip with me will be..... relatively short, in a national wide sense. I'll take my plastic for the needed 'top up stop'.

Smug Al....

BTW.. Sticky. Amend the list my good friend, I have a Result!
(ps.. keep smiling when you do it.. )

Paul, if it helps, I've got two pet hamsters who will be gutted if I lose my place in the queue....

And by gutted, I mean upset, not prepared for consumption....
