The "sticky back plastic" they used was infact Fablon self adhesive vinyl, but they couldn't call it Fablon as that was a commercial product name, and it was the BBC where advertising is prohibited

Are you sure thats Blue Peter, the photo resembles the Tweenies 
I believe Denis Wise was also involved with Les in the destruction of the BP garden.

Didn't Yvette Fielding have some strange disorder that meant her skin was all different colours? Or am I thinking of a later presenter.
Anyway, I always fancied that one that married Mike Smith, Sarah something or other. A bit of a goer by all accounts too!
I like the look of the new presenter hubba hubba

lol, joey deacon has been the topic of conversation in my house all over the weekend. Funny how these things come up. Only me and the gf remembered him out of all her family and when we were down visiting mine it was the same story. Then I phoned my sister and asked if she remembered him and was rewarded with a spot on 'playground' impression over the phone.
