I was one of the first to order (hence this thread) and i still havent got my ink cartridge (for the printer i no longer have) or a free gift. gutted

phone customer service takes about 10 mins on hold then they sorted it pretty quick
apparently all the surround systems had the wrong plug and cant be used in uk
