I'll tell ya what, that 100 RON stuff is great stuff!!! Since I started using it, I've noticed that my car (which was no slouch to begin with) really hurtles along. Pity that the price of it just keeps on rising...it's now up to 1.69/litre which is the highest I've ever had to pay for fuel. Otherwise, I've noticed that whilst I used to get about 350+ kms out of a tank, that's now down to 300 or so. I don't think my driving style has changed that much -- I haven't noticed any fewer drivers flashing their lights at me as I overtake 'em -- so I don't know why that is.

Just thinking that too, two months to go, new car arriving this week hopefully. Evo has gone, Track day later this month to find its limits.

Need to sort out a full size spare to take.

So it looks like its 11 Scoobies and 3 Evos then!.

I've just ordered a full set of lightly used spare wheels & tyres, though as I have an '05 STI they sadly won't fit any other spec.

Is anyone else going with an '05 STI?

I may have a problem putting in an appearance. I'm currently off work sick and am due in hospital for (more) tests on August 23rd. Depending on the outcome of those tests and how I feel, I may or may not be able to join you guys Just a heads-up and hopefully everything will be okay as I'm really looking forward to doing Stelvio and meeting up with you lot!

I've got 4 gold my02 sti alloys, with track tyres on. But no spare tyre suitable for road driving. Anyone got tyres but no wheels?

Cool

Aargh!
Yesterday I realised I've not had a statement for the card I was paying for this on since April, so I called the card co. today. I've not had any statements as nothing's been charged to it.
Just waiting for Dettaglio to call back now , as I replied to Nick's last email on 26/5.

All sorted now, Nick's just called and he's taking all the payments today .
Martin.

Good idea Chris - even better - why don't you all send pics to me and give me a few lines of spiel about yourselves and your cars and I'll incorporate it into the newsletter.

I'll email this idea out to everyone tonight.

Cheers

Terry
