Anymore up to date info?

I looked on the website, but it hasn't been updated for a while.

The aircraft is being rebuilt and should be completed in the summer we hope.

Ahh the Vulcan, what a great looking plane.

I've been inside the cockpit of this beast at Coventry Air Museum (The home of
the jet engine, Sir Frank Whittle, bless him)

It's very tiny inside and quite clostraphobic.

Any of you plane enthusiast's out there, the Museum is near Baginton, Coventry
And is well worth a look, it's only a couple of pound to get in !!!

Hi Not Rev,

Not yet but I am hoping. Trouble is, there are some others with their feet under the table already and I may not get a look-in. Won't be for lack of trying though

Daryl

Just for your interest, I think I may have flown the Vulcan at that display, can't remember for sure but I did do a display at Greenham Common for the IAT and the tail number on the aircraft is the one that I used to fly on displays.

Lloyds were sponsoring the display and I spent some time trying to persuade the deputy managing director of the bank to buy a Vulcan for display purposes and I and my crew would fly it for him
