Quick one off topic, we have one of our cars competing at 3 sisters near Wigan this Saturday, He has a chance of taking the Class title (for the year) at the event. I will be there all day, so if any of you would like to see what a real car travels like be there!

Last event he beat all the V8 powered cars! with his little 1300cc

PS it is the Britsh sprint round so the driving standards are second to none!

I have decide that I will not be taking to the track in my car, due to its impending sale. I do not want to take the risk of damaging it now that I have paid to put it right. I will be comming though (not sure if Wife is yet) and I will expect some passenger rides while I am there.

Current plan is to have something new by the end of the year. No one else buys me christmas pressies, so I am going to instead.

Car had all the bodywork done last week and is in for some gearbox stuff next week (under warranty) and then it will be in tip top shape. In fact I gave it a good waxing before BBO yesterday and it is looking the best it has for some time. Shame to sell but I need more power to keep up with CW et al.

The plan was to have the WRX for two years (OK 4 months short) and whatever next for the same period. That is then likely to be the end of my Scooby ownership. After that, no idea, but once I set myself goals I usually stick to them. May be the new M5 will be reasonable by then

I hope to have some fun over the next month or so trying a few cars, not all Scoobies. But a Scoobie I will buy, once I find the right one.

Ok, looks like 8 runners then, unless we can get a couple more in on the action. I've put a link to some SMACS stuff on www.scoobyphotos.com, maybe it'll add some interest.

WTF! Your kidding chaz aren't you? What does it matter how old and slow your car is, this is a chance to blast around a circuit as fast as you can go, nothing to do with being the fastest on the day m8.
Get 1 lap in, and you'll want more, believe me
Looks like I'll be bringing wife & kids too, so maybe paige and isaac could have a go in your "slow" car, driving that is!
Dave_a, excellent redone site, eventually found the link to the smacs. How come ***** gets his tatty old wagon on the cover though, I'm the leader, it should be my car on the cover

Leave the cover picture alone,
I`m the only one who looks like I`m having a go at cornering hard.
