Chaz, its a really nice car,
I`d recommend having the ecu setup for uk fuel though.
The amount of Jap spec cars that go pop is scary.
Its all down the the very aggressive fuel map they use on 102 octane fuel.
If you get it setup(ie remapped) it will probably make more power too.
Get it bought

I plan to come, but only as a spectator this time.

An update on the car purchase - WRX is in for gearbox fix and they have loaned me a Forester (or Foxlander as Bridget calls it ) for the three days. Quite a nice car, good high driving position, full length glass sunroof, cruise control etc etc. Took the wife and kids out last night (Ford Inn for some grub) and they all want me to get one of these now!

OK, so good fuel economy, unlikely to get nicked, lots of boot space - but try and overtake anyone?!? How I miss that "press foot and away she goes" feeling. In fact I quickly switched back into my old Golf TDi driving style - max 40mph shouting "Boy Racer" at everyone who tried to overtake.

And the worse thing was no scooby wave

see you soon m8, you not out this weekend in derbyshire?

I`m gonna try, I`m planning on the Apexi fc to bring the performance up to 270 ish, next month.( maybe more if I fit an uprated fuel pump/regulator)

I`ll see if Scoobymag will be interested then.

Good to hear you are on for the track.

Me and Dale went about 6 weeks ago.
Dale is modding his so we could all go on the same day?
Its £40 on a Sat morning usually.
I`m gonna have a go at fitting my pump and regulator myself.
Ive found a walboro pump and fse regultor(with gauge) for £195 delivered.
Do you know the flow rating of your pump?

Whats the plans for you and whats mods are you thinking of?

Chaz the mod lets the engine rev better.

I can take you out in mine and you can see how it drives if you want?

As for the modding bug, its all CW`s fault.... he started it.
