I see, so presumably Scoobymagazine factor this in when pricing subscriptions by PAYPAL adding the amount to it's included in the £3.50. I wasn't sure If they'd invoice me or the person I'm sending money to

Chris - it's just the seller collecting the money who gets charged a fee - doesn't cost the buyer (payer) anything
