Anyone else spotted Madgrip's car in the latest RallyXS mag?

Or am I about 4 weeks too late?

Don't know about upset. Impress, maybe. Be good to see what your car can do on the road. Feel free to join us, and if we hold you up just signal to let you pass and we'll catch up at the pub later

That's a great tactic to get David to buy the first round, CB....

Glad you spotted that Andy, I had no idea it was going to be in a mag.

BTW I got a new lambda from a place in Northumberland, it should be here by the weekend (thanks for the links Dave), also got a new centre decat to fit at the weekend

Phil (totally decatted)

still a bit crappy at the mo, due to having the duff lambda and the centre cat in place

parts should be fitted by the weekend hopefully but I've only got saturday off then I'm away for a week working in Scarborough & Filey

Also to let you know.. I found a fantastic road , although its over within about 10 mins. we were working out near blubberhouses today and on the way there we were told to go through otley and straight out the other side. apparently the locals call it the rollercoaster, top speeds of about 120 (apparently) with loads of bends & bumps and then brake fade by the time you reach the end, so lots of braking & accelerating. great fun if no one else is around

Phil

Yeah, that's the one. It's the A59 you'll eventually meet IIRC (take it easy on the 59, lots of plod (unmarked STi's )). I go that way quite a lot, and am trying to think of a way of incorporating it into the Run, but I really want to start off with ---------ROUTE REMOVED 'COS I'M PARANOID ABOUT UNMARKED STi's LYING IN WAIT--------

The list is for this months attendees

DOH.. just thought, you mentioned a resorvior. we were working at the bottom of it today ( not under the water ) doing some kayak stunts. When you reach the main road, if you go straight over towards the bottom of the dam then thats where we were.

car is extemely quick in a straight line and stopping, its a little bit of a hanfull accellerating out of corners as it likes to wheelspin in third

Hopefully will have the road legal slicks soon

Nah, he was just trying to keep up with a certain wagon on the last WRC stage that you jokingly called a 'steady run for Sticky'

That certain wagon is now feeling a bit slow.... Off for a test in an M3 this lunchtime. Following Squadron Leader Al's suggestion....
