I'm interested in having a go at porting a set and fitting them to my 98 UK Turbo - Can't really stretch to 'the full mcoy' at the mo....

Also, I'd like to do some experimentation, so I might need a couple of sets....

lol seems Im the only one to not have got the batch of gaskets.. LOL oh the irony...

need to remind myself who has all needed gaskets??
can you post so i know who i am sending to when the group batch eventually turns up?
love the way GS send them out to random people when I gave them a specific list.. muppets.

 

I just need the heads-to-headers gaskets, the up pipe came with gaskets and studs for headers/turbo.

sorry lost track of this thread lol. no need for any gaskets for me, i got some from Subaru, and all is fine, I know this because i had it remapped yesterday, and they checked for leaks etc but cheers for making sure

Hey Chrome,

I got my Gaskets in the post the other day. They were of no requirement as i purchased others. The whole Exhaust is now on and sounding really sweet.
My downpipe is actually a really nice piece of equipment....except it was about 2" to long for my hayward & Scott System. I had to cut about 2" of the centre section where it clamps together with the back box.....2" what a nightmare.

On that note mate, i did not receive the piece of paper with the Queens head on it as we discussed. (double VAT and duty that i paid)

My 'missing' gaskets arrived today ..... the wrong frigging ones!!!!! FFS! I wanted a up-pipe to turbo and I got me a second set of manifold gaskets ....

Anyone got a spare up-pipe to turbo gasket ? Will a stock gasket fit?

altho Im using stock gaskets right now with no bother..
btw- The headers sound GREAT dont they

 

Not me guv, I only got the header and up pipe gasket (no turbo one) I didn't even by an up pipe in the GB

thats what I mean dyney; swap matt your upipe to turbo gasket for his header gaskets

 

I only have the header gaskets and the header/up pipe gasket (No turbo gasket!!!)

I will be fitting them this week hopefully. I think I can hear a leak (but then I'am paranoid)

Little confused, though. Why have you sent me a turbo gasket as I didn't think you had any of those?

 

Does anybody on the group buy have their standard headers for sale?, I need the cross pipe to repair a leak on my MY97WRX, but would prefer a complete set.

 

i have the standard headers mate, off a bugeye... dont know if theyre the same tho?
