I guess after the disaster that was the bugeye, maybe Subaru are keen not to get caught out again - even if that means making the design public in advance. It would make sense; remember how the announcements at the time were that Subaru firmly believed that the bug eyes were the way forward and that people would grow to accept and like them?

I like the front... seeing as the whole look is fairly angular the rounded triangle over the grille adds softness to the front end. If it were real, would they have reprocussions from Audi?
because it doesn't look like a Braille computor

Thanks for that, Flat Eric... I have to say that my first impressions are more positive than my first view of the bugeye; a car that got uglier with familiarity, IMHO. I want a scoop. The bonnet as it stands is too "evo".

Are people whinging because it doesnt look like a text-book subaru? Personally, alfa front an' all - I think its flowing, rigid and muscular. Let's sit back and wait to see what they really will bring out next.
