If you have settled down with a partner you will find attracting women far easier when out and about as women get confused when you have a chat but have no interest in chatting them up. Wish I used this ploy 15 years ago
Another benefit of being 30 is leaving the job of helping pslewis across the road to a youngster

It's a big year for me, turned 30, 10th wedding anniversary and first kid due in September
But I have to say, I'm kinda enjoying it. I used to feel peer pressure a lot more, now I just don't give a smeg
I lived in denial leading upto my 30th, then on the day I was a reet grumpy bast. But I've got over it now...just.
You could quite easily get caught up in the depressing fact that time is ebbing away, but I too am enjoying what I have as a result of now being 30.
Enjoy it mate
All the best
Matt

I'm losing weight down the gym.
Never had hangovers.
Always fancied women in their forties.
Stress - A whole topic on it's own.
Now thinking of going to night clubs.
In short, approaching 30, feel 20.

One thing I've noticed is that when I see youung girsl (16-20) going out of a night in skimpy clothing rather than thinking 'wha-hey' as I did in my 20s, I'm now thinking 'if I was their dad I wouldn't let them go out like that' closely followed by 'they'll catch a chill'.
it mainly boils down to whether you have kids or not, and whether you keep you hair.....
