failing to supply the name of the driver of my vehicle or cooperate fully...?

in court at 10am !!!

this has dragged on for bloody ages... met with solicitor again last week, wnet over the statements and evidence... polis in statement say i was driving a subaru !! haha
they also have aparantly overstepped their remit and have accused and entrapped me... hopefully after the days court events it will be all over... at last - day of work though just got to hang around the court with all the neds
