Andy, I've managed to source a TD05, which I'm getting converted to FE. Also, I've managed to get some 550 injectors and a second hand AVC-R.

Therefore, I'll be needing your services as soon as I've fitted them (a few weeks I guess) - However, I'd like some advice on that front.

As I need the car each day (in the week), I need to split the fittings into sections, where possible.

How does this sound ?

From start of mods, limit revs to 4K and off WOT / Boost
Fuel Pump and FPR - still running current ECU map
TD05 - still running current ECU + Map
Injectors + 'Your Good Self' on site to fit Power FC (Your Supply) and AVC-R (My Supply), and map

Is this the most sensible, or should I fit the Power FC myself, with a TD05 'base' map, at the same time as the turbo, then fitting the Injectors, avc-r and re-map as a later slot ?

I'm currently running the standard gearbox, so would be aiming for something 'safe', which I guess is around 330hp ?

Thanks,

Mark

That sounds reasonable Mark, as long as you stay off boost there should be no problems. You can fit the injectors and turn down the fuel pressure to compensate but you're probably best to wait and fit them as the ECU/AVC-R is being fitted

Andy / Mark.

Andy Mark is not a million miles from me & just a thought, if you are down here already & both you & Mark are ok with it, You could Map my Power Fc at the same time, Im willing to split the extra cost with mark for your travels etc & would save me driving 260 Miles on 550's trickling fuel out of my tail pipe
