Its a real shame that they cant keep the UK WRX as their comfy car - add a PPP and youve got the best of both worlds..... so WHY NOT make the WR1 a missile??? Doesnt add up.

How many cars are there left anyway (of the 500)?

The Evo is and always has been the better Track car but never the better shopping car I enjoy the more predictable Scoob. IMHO

WR1 is still a good Family Performance Road Car

Tony you are spot on. Its a lot easier to find 500 people that want a WR1, rather than an EVO that needs a service every time it see's a Shell petrol station. In the last 5 years Ive spent 4 hours on track. As a % of my driving time its small. If you want a focused track tool, then an EVO is crap also.

I'm not sure what type of person the EVO appeals to. Judging by the number of EVO's my local dealership sells in comparision to STI its a minority - a UK entry into the Eurovision is more popular.

Peoples views are hugely disorted on this BBS. There are many total petrol heads that 0-60 and track times are all - they will learn with age
This is not a true representation of the car buying public.

I think the WR1 is a top effort by IM and Subaru, save for the dodgy colour.
Just wish I was getting some commision at work.
