The price being in pounds Sterling and the addition of 'United Kingdom' after the address - presumably the chosen market, auto-appended by eBay - really compounded the problem.

well today i receaved a reply from ebay and they told me to sort it out with the seller, so i got fooken angry and sent them a pretty harsh but factual email back explaining that they should re read my complain and notice that this seller is ignoreing emails, i 1st made the report about missing or misleading information.

There IS a protest method.
Somewhere on the auction is a link to protest formally.
The other party has to respond to the protest.
If this doesn't work.....
Give the bugger negative feedback!
Something concerning "Product misrepresentation"
He will respond on the FB forum.
You can additionally respond to that.
I think there are two entries per side.
Give it a go! This guy deserves it !!!!!!
