pretty much, apart from they weren't the long ones
they're some nice ones from Japan they sell on there, made from chrome vandium, just that bit heavier but nowhere as heavy as steel ones

Looks to be wet at Donnington Kev...so best come to Elvington to see/hear P120 runnings, and if AndyF arrives too, well worth the trip!
Good luck, and so very well done to reach '1000'+ a very good thread for all of us.

didn't go quite to plan, so friday now
had a great laugh getting out of Donington today, had to help this guy in his brand new Porsche get out of the field (and judging by the tyre marks, so did quite a few other poeple) front & rear wheel drive cars
i just executed the perfect 4 wheel drift donut and left with a grin on my face

quick update (it's late and im knackered) gearbox & 5 button paddle clutch fitted friday
and done an hour's worth of track time at Donington this weekend
here are my findings:
gearbox & clutch, faultless
suspension, great on road, too soft on track, could be springs, far too much body roll
tyres, hmmmmmmm, not track friendly, not a sign of wear on them, squeeled alot and understeered when pushed
lack of catch tank, nuff said, will need a big rag to clean my engine bay and underside of car
bedtime

M12 x 1.25
Sti6 with 3.9 diffs, now good for 140 without redlining it
and Ohlins adjustable struts, love them on road, just that bit too soft for track, tried playing with tyre pressures but the car felt really soggy if i went down to anything near 30psi, should of stuck with my winning formula of 36/32

I may end up having to go for the 'bling' ones as I cant be carrying the lug key in the car all the time. I will just have to put up with the embarrassment of the bling
I'm currently looking at coilover options as my Tein could do with a rebuild. I want something with minimal squat and fairly adjustable like the Teins but maybe a little softer (not getting any younger

it's not bling, it's colour co-ordination
yep, same here, coilovers and better tyres, although how i'm going to afford it with my imminent mortgage looming is anyone's guess

The seller reckons the bling ones are 170g each!?!
The locking ones are only 25g each?
Must be wrong although I did ask him to confirm and he did.
