seat height, not sure yet, feels a bit lower but nothing radical, got to drive to w**k tomorrow so will have a better feel for it then, if you made your own none sliding rails you could probably get it 30-40mm lower max

they certainly are just the small problem of it's snowing atm made the journey to w**k interesting came off a roundabout completely sideways and managed to drift for a good distance, seconds before a traffic cop came round the corner

anyway! seat height, i had to tip the rear view mirror down a good way, think i'd still prefer it a bit lower but then you have trouble with the steering wheel not adjusting low enough, so maybe it's about right

don't say i never give you anything notice the personalised seat took a shot of the runners for you Graham, might give you an idea how they compare to what you've got now

Not a stupid question but do the runners lock? Just asking because i might go down the same route if they do. Think the rules and reg's state that if the seat is mounted on runners then it needs to be lockable. Graham...?

Infact, i think i'm off on a tangent and think of tilting seats in a classic. My mistake!

You need to bolt tight the seat only if you have a tilt back, ie a 911 seat that tilts to gain access to the rear.

my home brew seat runners are almost an exact replica of the Bride seat of 'Kev the Rev'

lol at the careful use of permanent black marker pen to convert Rev to Kev..

Good game.
Graham.
