thats one of the benefits!had a wrx that had a major on no3 piston after a bit of fun with an m3.was only using 95 ron in it.i wasnt aware then of the fuel issue.very expensive mistake!!

I had a wrx only ever used 95ron and no problem think the saving grace was the car had never been delimited so it didnt go ballistic at high revs. Then bought a delimited Sti Type R and suddenly expensive fuel and additives then the answer became clear. I bought a GEMS ecu and everything was fine again. I even get the Rally Slag pops and flashes from Antilag. heeheehee. Still run it on 98 Octane. Now here is the strange thing I have been told that LPG is more like 100Ron so should be even better for Impreza`s. No idea if this is true but was told this by a LPG converter.

The C-West is a very nice kit, in my opinion. It's subtle. For a grill, maybe a V5 or V6, or a replica of them, with the center cut out. Or as someone else said, the C-West grill that goes with the kit.

well you can get them from various on line which wasmy original intention. but let the rally prep place source them and i got a good deal. because of the welding and the importance of safety kit thought it was best left to the experts. all the work was done by AS Performance Alyn Stocton

I wouldnt mind getting mine a bit more stripped out once I've sorted out a daily driver for during the week, but thats a couple of months off yet.

Anyway, I'll pop over and have a look on Sunday at Elvington if thats ok?

Im not 100% but when I was thinking of putting blue mud flaps on mine I seem to remember that someone had white wheels on a sonic blue one, might have been Cheeko?

Hi Jason,
great to meet you at the scoobyshoot out and congratulations on a fantastic 1/4 time well into the 12`s

205 x 40 x 17 - not the exact right size for an impreza but the correct size is available in 205 x 45 in a few weeks from toyo

I'm not sure that 40's or 45's are correct or not, a mater of taste really.

You dont mean me do ya? If you do, cheers, I was really pleased with my times, especially as I was originally aiming for low 13's.
Didnt you just miss out on a sub 13? Still a very good time.

Anyway, good to put a face to a name (and a car LOL)

I may well be doing a trackday at Anglesea on the 9th June, fancy putting yours on track...? Looks like it would be well suited

Hope you like the pic btw, one of the guys in my local club took it.
