Thats right Splitter. Some people have been playing with Carbon dIoxide sprays over the intercooler controlled by the ECU. So when temp increases say in traffic the ECU would spray Carbon Dioxide straight over the intercooler.

Default Gems group buy

I know this is a bit late, but has this group buy finished yet? Haven't long had the car so I dson't know which model I've got. I have a 1998 version 4 WRX STi. Can someone tell me what MY it is? Can someone tell me what MY means? How can I find out more about my particular car? Am I right in saying that I can pay the 50% now and the rest when its fitted? Questions, questions...

Welcome Nunny.

I own a 1998 WRX STI and mine is a MY98 so we probably have the same version No idea what MY stands for and in my reckoning the version 98 is the year model.

You certainly are right mate that you can pay now and pay the rest when its fitted would you like to do that then.

The group buy has not finished at all the more the merrier. Is your car the two door version or the four door version.

The best way to find out information on your car is to join a local Subaru Club. Where are you located Nunny? The other good way is to write down all the things you wanna know then hit scoobynet General and ask away creating New Topics they are all friendly people on here and normally all good with advice.

If you need any information on the group buy Ecu if you email me at SUBWRX1@aol.COM then I can give you Steve Simpsons phone number and he can talk you through it. Steve Simpson is the guy who will be mapping the cars.

Is that it? Model year? And I thought it might have meant mister Yakimoto, or something.

Oh, and I'm about 10 miles west of Oxford, so I'd be amongst the guys who would prefer it fitted there.
