I bought my UK MY00 on a W plate with 36K miles, one owner, A/C, FSSH for 12K, from a dealer in February 2003.
IMHO you're asking just a little bit too much for it.
I appreciate that your's has had some mods done to it, but I don't think that buyers take that into account when they are looking.

it doesnt matter how much you think its worth, its worth nothing till youve got the cash in your pocket, and thats what you need to achive - this often means dropping the price a bit to entice the buyer, or holding out for the buyer who sees it and thinks "thats the one for me" problem is that can take some time - but if you have time then hang on, a mate of mine always waits and waits literally months and months to sell his cars, and eventually someone does come along, thing is he has a 2nd car to trot around in so has no worries if he sells b4 his new car turns up so starts selling 6 months in advance.
