if I wanted to use the stock US 2.5 STi (EJ257) shortblock with the EJ257 oem 0.8mm gasket with my Phase 2 heads the CR should be:

deck clearance volume = 2.96cc
dish volume = 22cc
.8mm gasket volume = 6.22cc
head volume = 49.6cc

Total compressed volume = 49.6+6.22+22+2.96 = 80.78cc

Total swept volume = 614.28cc

CR = (614.28 + 80.78) / 80.78
CR = 8.604:1

Looks cr over 8,4:1 dangerous?
What I can expect? What I have to do with maps. More fuel?
Decrease retard in timing?
What I can expect in bhp and torque figures?

8.4:1 is fine

Probably will need at least to retard the ignition.

Hi Carlos - when did you get 1 bar in 4th with the td05fe on the 2.5? With stock collector or after market headers? And I don't supposed you measured turbo outlet temps running 1 bar at 6k?

I'll be running my ~8.5:1 ej25 build with this turbo for intial mapping.
