Kev has had well over 500bhp from that old Ford for years now, Harvey has just ran his old 2.0 Scooby Wagon at 501bhp.
Sam with his 2.3 stroker kit etc etc must surely be well over 500bhp by now is he not ?

andy he is but he hasnt really boosted it he has just stripped the turbo to fit another one


and theirs evo 2's and 3's that are 750 and 770 bhp in new zealand and australia and no scoob or cossie aint beaten them yet at 9.4 and 9.2 and 9.7 quarter mile times


and cossies have been out for a long time and has been proven through time and time and is more reliable than those ****ty scoobs


kev u need to believe me coz\ its true they dont allow any other cars in the lancer thread ,same as here in the scooby thread

and by the way andy speak to the redline guy who is editing the vids and they done a time of simons car vs keith cowies, it was 10.1 secs quarter mile

moses you are getting exited and exaggerating the performance of simons car ...i have the copy of redline in front of me with TOTB results...his best 1/4 mile was 10.90 @ 125 mph

JohnnyR6 - think you 'might' mean my car, its a UK model, just with a scoobysport and a hks filter, got terrible wheelspin off the line all day tho

Couple of my pals have got photo's of it off the line with all 4 wheels spinning/smoking - looks good, but times could have been heaps better without it

and trust me simon would beat u if he practices his launches and his gearing for the car is very high, just imagine if he fits a dogbox , even with a bad launch u wont have a chance no way mate a car in sweden since it has been detuned to 500 bhp with 440 torque done it in 10.89 with a dogbox, just imagine what simons would do with it and just imagine what mines will do with a dogbox i bet u wish i never save much to buy one dont u lol

 

what results u talking about the evos in the weekend, most of them are new members with no mods or a lil mods mate


only old members who went on the rollers are span and negri still only with a induction and brian has a ralliart ecu made 330 something bhp and arthur has no mappable ecu just with a few mods he made over 360, what else r u talking about, the rest of the boys were the new members who just bought their cars and no mods done to them maybe just induction and a exhaust

A scooby has recently run 9.12 in Auz BEATING the EVO times you quoted. Would you like a link to the Rigolli website put up on MLR ?

Where were the EVO's for top speed at TOTB ?......severely thrashed by a scoob It's no good being fast if you run out of puff after only 1/4 of a mile.
Looks like evo's cant keep it up like the scoobs, cossies and skylines!!!

evos can do top speed 99% of evo owners hate using longer gearing, coz they prefer the standard rations and they know that top speed doesnt matter, if that was the case why didnt all those evos their use longer pinions and crown they didnt , only guy who uses them is rob he uses a shorter one still compare to simons and u still got your **** kicked from shaun

so lets take rob barnes , that day his car made 350 bhp and he still was only 0.05 sec behind u in the quarter mile he did it in 11.82 u did it in 11.75

and these are the evo 3's and 2's that i know about their is another few and the reason i didnt mention them was coz i didnt have the official times hee hee

after the skylines up their the fastest quarter mile cars in that country are the evos and u can check around

and lol 1100 kg ra is near that so what would shauns be then his is 1300 so add his weight it goes up to maybe 1500 or above he weighs 20 stones i think
and andy i didnt expect u to talk b-o-l-l-o-c-k-s u lost from the quarter mile evo and u beat him on the top speed only coz his is geared for max 145 and also u lost against them in the handling circuit and thats where the real racing and world comes into it not 175 mph

with short gearing u ONLY done a 11.75 lol shaun did it with a slightly longer gearing and 20 stone or over weight with a heavier car in 11.2 and that says something

and he is fitting a doxbox soon and a bigger turbo and wonder what he will do then

My sti was the debadged white one with the silver 17" alloys. I only ran against my mates blue M3 Evo. Yes Marky amazing what a new clutch does for you. Hows your engine coming along?

how do you think andy's car would do on the handling with some decent suspension?, given that he still runs the standard shocks.

do you have any times from totb for evos on standard shocks to compare .

might have to loan my suspension to andy next time to even things up
