i wasn't wanting to loose weight but its encouraged me not to eat fatty sugary foods...mind you just come back off of holiday so need to get back to being careful!
Just came back off holiday too and my girlfriend says I have to eat carefully to as I've put on weight. Just wondering if I should tell her I'm actually 3lb lighter than the week before I went on holiday...

aren't you the lucky one SW ..I'm not sure what i weigh and if i weigh more or less than when i went away as I've been too busy to weigh myself
