Hello I'm back!! What a wicked day I had yesterday - 4x4 driving, single seater racing and a handling course thing! It was excellent!!

Mornin all, Spanner Monkey here!!

Did anyone go to the Yorkshire Meet last night then? I didn't get back till late-ish but I saw 2 Scoobs heading out of Hull towards York - a white one and a silver one - not ones I recognised tho!

Brakes are on (eventually!) thanks to Ads for the moral support and the loan of an appropriate tool (and also for pointing out that I was trying to tighten the caliper bolts instead of loosening them Haven't really had chance to try them out properly yet but the only thing I can report is that they SMELL!!!

Birthday beers on Friday night if anyone's interested???

welptons are rover dealers afaik. if they are now subaru, then they cant have been for long. i personally use kt green near otley.

Friday nite - meet in Durty Nelly's (Irish pub down High Street)around 7:30 onwards. If there's a spare seat in Col's car I wouldn't mind a lift too...........

As Steven says, afaik Welptons are Rover dealers - I have not heard of them being Subaru dealers - will have to check it out as I could do with a local dealer for servicing. I've been taking mine to Pulleyn's in York where I bought it from. Jordan's are Subaru dealers but I refuse to take my car there (bad experience with them a few years ago!)

not sure exactly but the car belongs to a friend of one of the women who works with me. the real pi$$er is his lease was up on it on Monday and he wrote it off on Sunday!
