Hes not wrong there
From looking very sorry for itself with a strap around the spoiler, dents everywhere and one unhappy driver to boot closed (with a bit of force), dents nearly out and a much happier driver all in about 30 mins.Must change your name to lockup palmer or similar.
Cheers for all your help.....

Tony
Go to an approved Subaru dealer mate!
Someone smashed into the back of my car back in February.
I went to the insurance companys approved repairer and had the car repaired.
After the repair it went back to the repairer twice (3 times in total).
The bodywork on the car is still a joke.
I have been arguing with the insurance company since.
I refused to take the car back a 4th time.
In the end I had to pay for an independent acessors report which showed the garages work was beyond a joke.
As soon as I complained to Lloyds of London and the Insurance Ombusdsman (spelling) the insurance company finally pulled their finger out.
The car in now in a main dealers being repaired as we speak.
Be careful mate!
Regards
Biff.

Quick update for all you lot
Quick fix from Lockup Palmer worked a treat.
Got 2 quotes from Markhams and Alexanders.Thx guys for the recommendations.Going to see a subaru dealer next week.
Doctor appointment next week as my neck is still hurting and it dosent seem to be getting any better.
Car is looking better but just bruised and battered.Looked even worse when i parked it next to a lovely looking STI Black 02 in the car park today.
