Seriously though, the dinner, candles, movie, massage thing is a good way to go. Dont forget a nice hug and cuddle on the sofa while the movie is on.
Of course, there are more things than just getting stuck in! if you take it easy and let nature take it's course, who knows, she might jump you!

The answer is short and inexpensive.
Go home in an openly good mood, pour her a glass of her favourite wine, be attentive, ask her how she is, and then *listen* to her, offering reassurance, encouragement and agreement where required.
Don't but in with your own opinion unless asked.

Unfortunately given the attitude to sex generally displayed in your posts
she'll probably think you are being both insincere and smarmy and wonder what you are up to
