It is not the dog's fault that the owners havn't trained it to behave in an acceptable manner but then again most Dogs behave better than the local children!
and as for Cats i have to constantly clear up my neighbours cat mess off of my garden and Patio!! But that is apperently OK as they are wild animal's?
