Looks like I'm too slow, but if you need pads tested for a MY00 UK car then I'm up for it!

The car has standard calipers, disks and pads on it at the moment!

Hi All

Bare in mind this first test is a "FAST STREET" compound, so won't be up for huge track attack useage.

What Andy wants to do, is pick 10 guys out of a hat in 2 weeks time from the people that express an interest in this thread. Then run the test.

After that once feedback is there, and any changes, etc are made, he will extend the test to 30 plus members!!! and the extend to the track pads, etc.

All the best

Simon

In return, Andy would love to hear feedback from everyone on the good or the bad. He wants genuine "right between the eyes" comments. This way he can make them better, and eventually know "they're just right".

Cheers

Hi Simon,

Got BlackDiamond grooved disks on at the mo (front nearly due for change) and new-ish Mintek Fast Road pads, which to be honest i'm not that pleased with as they seem to fade to easily.

I'll be willing to give them a go. Put my name in the hat

Forgot to say, standard 2 pot for UK MY95

Cool

I've a spare, original Terzo rear spoiler which is surplus to my requirements. The thing is minted with no stone chips, and the car has done less than 45K miles. All that needs done to fit is to obtain 4 bolts and nuts and 2 spade end connectors. £260 ONO.

I would be interested in the EBC pads if they make a set for my STI 7 with Brembo Brakes.

If you can let me know as I am looking to up grade but have'nt really thought about EBC product, so I would be very interested.

Thanks Arron.

Has anybody tried 'Redstuff', have not long had them fitted to my STI V3 and with EBC discs they are fabulous, need a little warming but with my 4 pots have transformed the stoppage.
Reds are recommended in EBC catalogue anyway.

Sorry to be perdantic but he is now picking them out of a hat rather than first come first served like the email said???

I don't want to upset anyone but the original email was a bit misleading in that case!!

Anyway I hope my name gets picked out!!!

Edited for spelling as always!!!

Fitted new EBC grooved discs and red pads all round yesterday, just run in with a trip to Devon & back some 450 miles. Couldn't afford the group buy Brembos or I'd have gone for them. New stuff seems OK but took it steady
