I have a UK MY97 with Full de-cat, K&N induction, Forge VTA D/V, Dawes at 1.2 bar with a Dawes FCD, and Samco hoses. My knocklink stays quiet (1 green at 5k) with Optimax. I'm guessing power to be around 260-270 bhp, It's also got loads of mid-range torque with these mods. Go for it, you wont be dissapointed

Oh My God! what a response! I'm not complaining, it's nice to help people out.

I don't like posting my spec for all to see on the Board in a thread like this due to the fact that you'll always get some chimp coming on putting their twopenn'orth in and I can't be arsed with arguing via keyboards.
