We can meet just inside the gate at the ferry term. I think there's some sort of office as you come through the gate, just park up and we'll all meet there. (Same place as last year!)
If some of you want to meet up on route I'll leave that up to you
Weava,
I think dnb has it in hand!!
This time next week we'll be on the boat!!

Map attached:

...we will obviously be heading towards the vehicle ferry -
From the west or east
Exit the M27 at Junction 3 (M271) Southampton West and Docks. Follow the brown English Tourist Board sign - WestQuay and Waterfront.
Continue to follow the sign marked Dock Gates 4-10 and brown English Tourist Board sign to WestQuay and Waterfront. Continue through one set of traffic lights, keeping to the outside lane. Bear right at a set of traffic lights on to the A33 and follow the signs to Dock Gates 4-8, WestQuay and Waterfront. Drive through a series of traffic lights until you reach the Mayflower roundabout with the De Vere Grand Harbour Hotel on the left and the Holiday Inn on the right. Take the right hand lane, follow the sign marked Dock Gate 4 Waterfront, and you will find Red Funnel's Terminal 1 on the right, signposted Red Funnel Dock Gate 7.
...and don't worry, you'll be ok if you follow that 'cos I didn't write it, I nicked it off the website

Hope so Rich!
Want to get the gauges fitted before then? (Just so as Iain feels compelled to get the pods finished, and Steve has someone else to torment about wooden pods
)
Looks like my droplinks won't be here in time
Will have to live with a klonky car again this year...

I'm not sure what time the hotel dwellers will get up, or what plans they've got for the morning, but I should be meeting the Saturday arrivals at the ferry terminal at 10:30. It's only a couple of minutes from my house.
I'll nag Iain about a plan for the morning so we can meet up somewhere.
I've found a nice quiet (well, before we all arrive, at least
) pub for lunch & the start of the treasure hunt (around a 2 0'clock start), and it will finish at the hotel about 2 hours later.

That sounds pretty good to me
Lunch and a treasure hunt - excellent

Let me know if you need any help with anything matey - we can find something to amuse ourselves with for a couple of hours
Be good to meet you when we arrive though - thanks!
