Done accurately on a Blue car, like Rum's = SUPERB!!!
You would not believe the response you get (especially in Lloret de Mar at certain times of the year!!!)

IMO rally graphics are fine IF the cars done in the whole rally/race style.

Stripped, cage, buckets, etc etc and graphics are a good thing, pretty standard car, full interior, etc etc = homo wannabee replica

i'm thinking of a few graphics to basically sellotape the paint to the bodywork! I've only had my classic a couple of months and the car's mental, but the way the paintwork seems to chip off vitually in the rain does my head in. Still after all that irrelevant stuff...I think the graphics look the business, but you'd better be able to drive up to them or you might look a bit sad as you stuff it into a ditch chasing down an uppity Vespa!

Thats my car in the pic you posted

I had it photoshopped so I could see what 'my' car would look like stickered up

Where I live/work I dont think it would be appropriate to have done, but if I was gonna do a europe drive, or other long trip like that, then I would consider stickering it up for the journey

Im more concerned about the effect it would have on the paint work, if left on for any length of time, and also once applied, could they be removed again and re-applied, or would you have to get a new set

I have seen them at the dealers, and thought they looked the mutts nuts stickered up, but again for everyday dont think it would be too practical

Wurzels car looks cool stickered up too

Why would you want to drive around with insurance stickers on your car ?

Anyway, IMO keep it as stealth as possible. Stock is loud enuff

As ever, it is entirely up to you how you want the car to look, although I can understand you asking for what others think about it.

We always used to say it was worth another fiver on the fine, but probably a lot more than that now

Cool

Mr. David Brown,

It's against Scoobynet policy to incite a flame war.

So therefor I will only reply with this picture, instead of just using the RTM facility...

If ever you will become a 10th of the man I am, try posting 3 times again on a pretty innocent thread like this. Why 3 posts on only a 40 post thread ? What's behind that ? Frustration ? Insecurity ? Bored with your cars ?

Until then, I personally still feel your Ferrari, Porsche, Exige, VX220 and what have you, are used to fill a "void". Because you look like Billy Turf . You do look quite a bit middle class with no sex appeal at all don't you ! British middle class.

Oh, your "friend" Cem had Blowdog all over his Evo. Makinen stylee... Were you too scared to shoot him down in flames ? Funny eh... No ***** then ?

I'm 40 years old, and impressing 12 year olds is a big part of my life. Honestly. Really. Almost as big as you posting your boring ****e on http://www.evo.co.uk (search for "I just bought another Porker <yawn>" threads) each time you buy a new car (but it could have been a new washing powder, that much passion is in it, isn't there ?).

I didn't post about me, my car, or my "mods" for 2 years now, as frankly, it doesn't float my boat anymore, and I know sad little people like you would be on the case.

This is a small world David Brown, and one of these day you'll have to face me in person and repeat the above 3 posts. Not a threat, but a promise

I'm sure you will prove your last name.

Tada

Theo

PS: the stickers were actually for a cancer charity thing, Cat trip related. Banshi can fill you in on this one You are big on charity, see Evo again ...

PPS: we do have a bit of "internet history" don't we ? Shall we bore the other people on this site with it ? Or not ? Shall we do a "Pepper/Mycroft ?"

PPPS: Wurzel, your car looks ace

Is it just me or does DB have a quite simply ludicrous amount of head above his eyes?

There must be about 2 inches of actual squashed wee face and then about a foot of head above that. David, are you part of a medical study?

All of a sudden it becomes crystal clear as to why you have to spend so much time impressing folk on internet forums with your wealth.

No - this is different. This is severe lower cranial compression couple with upper cranial elongation.

The Tefals were simply upper cranial elongation. I'm no doctor but would hazard a guess that this stems from advanced in-breeding at some stage in the past.

Hey Tom

Fair's fair, your 2 year old thread with the "Ola Espana" pics in front of that castle played a big part (although Ola Espana in Catalunya is not exactly politically correct LOL) in me going for the stickers.

I still blame my dealer for putting on that boring Subaru yellow instead of the flashy green/neon color that suits the "real" rally cars

My car now has a 2.2 steering rack, a Cusco 35/65 centre diff, OMP seats, cage will go in in the next 2 months, 300 odd BHP etc, but until then I'll be gay and not have a real "rally car" Has to be right !

Good to meet you again at Dono Tom. Small world innit JF was impressed with your MY03 STi BTW !

PS: my 12 year old neighbour is not impressed with my car. Oh well, such is life. Darn !
