Ah, fond memories....

Managed to get Arcadians and Frak to work under !65Host, not sure how well they'de work on a PC though... Pole Position kinda worked under !65Host, but it just wasn't the same. At least the envelopes sounded OK on Arcadians :-)

Cheers,

Pat.

Wink

VERY off topic but hey.

I've gone one better(or sadder) than running these retro programs on a PC. I've got the original hardware. BBC B, C64, Spectrum 48K(rubber key), ZX81, Dragon 32, Amstrad CPC 464 and even a working ZX80.

I few years back I went through a phase of collecting all this junk. I must confess I was never into chuckie egg as me and platform games never seemed to click. Now Sabre Wulf, Elite, Skool Daze and revs were *my* games.

Anyway anyone remember a game called turbo esprit by Durrell software? If they brought it out now someone would try and ban it. Why? Because not only could you go hairing around streets chasing after drug dealers you could mow and machine gun down pedestrians, Mini Metros etc etc and only get minus points for it. I guess it was an 80's grand theft auto.

BTW are the 0-400 metre times in Grand Turismo 2 accurate for the scooby. I've seen faster times posted here?
