I had a nightmare trying to shift extra fat. Even with a proper exercise regime cardio and resistance my progress for 4 months was extremely disapointing. I did loads of reading up and research and tried a Cyclical Ketogenic Diet.
Im was very sceptical initially - but then convinced myself that i must try it. It took about 2 weeks to get used to and a used the diet for 5 weeks. i was amazed with the results losing 1 1/2 inch from my waist and about 12 pounds. I used some rip fuel in the final 2 weeks to enhance the diet. The diet involves no carbs no 6 days and a one day carb load intake. I followed a moderately intensive cardio and weight training program.
I will be restarting soon to lose the final amounts of stomach and "love handle" fat.

BUT everyone is diffrent - I was over the moon to find something that was effective.

ozzy the scales i used were in my gym and were apparently expensive but i still dont see how when holding a plate your bodyfat goes up ,with the scales you input your height and age then stand on them ,they then weigh you and give your bf,what i then did was enter the same height and age picked up the 10kg and got back on ,gaining 10kg and a lot of bf,how does the scales know that weight wasnt lean muscle, if they are only supposed to pick up fat my bf reading shouldn't have changed with 10kg of cast iron or am i just being thick

Dave,

I think the scales measure electrical resistance through your body. 10kg of cast iron ain't gonna help achieve an accurate measurement.
