proper sharp bit is the key, even if it means sharpening a little after doing a couple of holes.

Andy

Mounting of the gearbox is non existent due to having no engine... However the prodrive gearbox mount bolts up to it well..

will enlarge it when I swap the bolts for ones with smaller heads..

It was just drilled the same size as oem to start with..

will go to about 12mm...

Average sized TB is an uprated one for a 5litre ford mustang..

Oh and too add: what differeces are there on the RA manifold then ??
Is it longer tract length ?
Did they make a phase II RA ??

erm.. no.. my inlet is 100mm..

compressor outlet is big.. not 65mm though..

Intake pipes ie post intercooler will be circa 82mm..

Theres no difference really.. just it has a hole for 5th injector and looked handy, the alternative was the legacy one I have or the spare one... (have 4 inlets in total iirc)

just to sort the confusion out.. andy that samco is for my turbo outlet... not inlet... see pic above of my inlet trumpet.. next to 98 inlet pipe..

David

Is that a phase 2 RA inlet? or is there room to route the inlet pipe under the Phase 1.. with Phase 2 inlet pipe work ? if you catch my drift.

Simon

Cheers David, think it'll be a 63mm then. Thanks for the offer of the spare... i think i'll be needing a 45deg bend tho as im keeping the header tank where it is and the power steering pipes too (changing just the actual power steering tank). I'll then get another 45deg bend from this to put the filter behind the headlight...... should clear everthing that way. If you get what i mean.

Tony.

Ps in the pic where the black spacers 10mm.... if so do you have a part number for the material?
