Just catching up on this thread, (not that much has happened lately!!) Going back to the comments on page 38. Anyway the reason Keith didn't do that well (relatively speaking of course) in the top speed run at TOTB2 was because he had blown a hose off. Hugh was on for doing over 200 (i know it'll do it because i've been in it on a private road of course) but was getting excess EGT temps so lifted off well before he got there.

 

I tried fitting bushes to my last impreza, and a tree, and a passing motorist.. doh..

Laid the bushes for the rear out under the car..

Can be arsed.. but it needs to be done.. its just the thought of removing the rear diff Heavy, when your laid on your back..

Good work on the intercooler it looks wicked.....apart from the visible amounts from the front how much had to be taken off the bumper? looking into doing a front mount myself coz i'm not happy with the aftermarket solutions......the bottom pipe looks a bit low dya think you will be allright ?

 

Its so big it will melt anything its path

I've just spoken to David

They've sorted a misfire, corrected a couple of things and are generally in a good position to map for boost now, if my limited understanding of these magical engine thingies is up to recalling that information

More mapping needed, but progress made!

Hopefully David'll post soon, so my apologies if I've stolen his thunder.
