David,

Could I suggest you might also want to use some straight bits for less back pressure, also might save some weight.

Big thanks to chiark, p20spd and all for helping last night despite me being in a foul mood...

Thanks to nick for taking me to pick up the propshaft and the wastegate pipe work from tony law exhausts.

Must go do something once I wake up..

Fuel rails are scrap as the ends I welded on are the wrong size..

I'd have been a little annoyed at what happened, but David seems to be in good spirits . It's either change the hoses or change the rails, and the hoses are too beautiful to contemplate messing with

Been and collected a set of oxy & Acetylene bottles, regs, and torch... going to try and move the exhuast over

Steven has moved the fan for me.. just need to alter the wiring so it reaches.. or use fan 2 connector if it will reach and then swap the wiring at the ecu end to switch the other relay..

Went to maplin today.. 40A automotive relays are circa £1

Did they have any?? NO.. Not until Sept..

Did they have the £4 ones?? Yes. Doh... Bend over mr wallis... feeling a bit sore after that purchase..

Dont any local motor factors have relays??? A local scrap yard...or steal them from someones car while they are arent looking

Or Vehicle wiring products carry them.

More of the Ole' Jack D needed.....

Isn't that good stuff for use as octane booster???

Poor old ( well, the new 5 litre Mustang one ) throttle body, hope it's still round... and still fits the cute front entry manifold hole...

Just as you were getting on top and back to schedule for TOTB2 too

We await developments

<cracks a can and sits back to wait...>

Can you machine down the end fittings tho ..... or grind out the weld?

If the scrapper, when do you expect delivery of your real steel motor ??
