The business premises are now closed,the web sites are down and you lot are not the only ones to be conned!
The last name for this scam was Customcar Motorsport and some of the local "cruiser" types have now posted up on a NI website that they too have paid for parts and never received them! [img]images/smilies/mad.gif[/img]
What is the situation with any court proceedings as this ****** seems to have done a disappearing act!

Cunns (is this spelt correct..) Dont you think this is terrible advertising for your company???????? I suggest you sort it out today and offer proof. Still might not help the damage it will have done.
These guys that run it should be reported to trading standards.
They couldnt run a bath.

at the end of the day if and i say if i ont get my money back i will lose 1220 pounds but this is going to cost them their business.
the thing is.....how come a business that sponsors rally cars or even have the premisses that they have got cannot pay me 1220 pounds and save their name?
i cant understand this.....by the way the small claims court has my notice of application so we will see what is going to happen.
i will keep you informed
