I've just reviewed the code, and there is no way that this product could have been on the list (that I can see)?

Whenever a domain name is registered certain info must be supplied and made publicly available. The WHOIS service reports that information. Most of it is techie stuff but I notice it does include a postal address which is different to the business one listed on the website. This should be address of the person who actually registered the domain (and therefore the website).

If this is the personal address of one of the scum that ripped you off, you might be able to get a County court judgement against them and send the bailifs in to take away their personal goods, car etc.
If not at least you might be able to get some other information and give them some payback.
