Stavros must surely by now fall into the latter class in this quote from their website
SCOOBY-PARTS hope that you will enjoy your stay at our site and we look forward to dealing with new customers and welcoming back old but trusted customers.

i like when they say "trusted customers"
maybe they mean those that do not complain if they dont get their parts and lose their money.

Sorry to hear about your problems stavros - I would be gutted if I was in your position.

If this isnt an advert to always use a credit card for expensive purchases then I dont know what is. My missus says you can ask for a chargeback for up to 6 months after the purchase date (she works for online payment company Worldpay).

Thats what I was referring to - dont mean to preach to you as I know your the one losing money and its a hard way to learn that you should pay for such things via credit card.

The email I send before the last was dated the 4th of may.
I had another proposal for them.
I haven't got a reply on that one, so I send them an email last monday (the 19th).

I requested an answer within 2 days. If they didn't reply on my email, then I wrote that I'm going to take further steps.
So,.... still no reply.
I'm going to take further procedures against them.

Regards

Hans

WOW, this is dreadful!

Only just seen it and with regard to the earlier comment.
All the pictures on this site have been pinched wholesale from other sites including Subaru UK, I wonder could they take any action on this, possibly stop other unsuspecting owners ending up in a similar situation?
I have today served a formal notice on the cheeky beggars who have 'stolen' copyrighted pictures from my company web site (Scooby Mania) instructing them to remove all such images!

I doubt they will but I have already notified our company solicitors of the situation.

The 'stolen' images are in

Brakes (All of the AP Racing pictures)
Styling
Tuning Parts
Gauges
Injectors
Intercoolers

I have never heard of dealt with or sold to this company, i haven't given them permission to use any images, in fact the whol;e site looks as though its been knocked up by a school kid from 100% copied images and text?

Luke, Simon's aware of this and will look when he gets a chance. If there's any further information you can provide, please do via email.

Cheers,
Nick.

Luke and All

Apologies for not spotting this situation sooner.

scooby-parts are not advertising on scoobyshop anymore.

Their products are not shown in search results or category lists.

This is why people have had trouble trying to find them.

The above links are direct links to their archived products which are held there in the event of an positive outcome. They cannot be found through scoobyshop in any other way. If they *can* be found through some other way, there is a bug in the software and I would be very grateful if you could let me know so I can fix it.

All the best

Simon

Excellent work! Thank you very much for spotting that it will be fixed within minutes.

Could anyone else please let me know if there is anywhere else you can find them?
